Fake LCA Alert

Be on the lookout for fake Skunk2 Lower Control Arms. Most are easy to spot since only the fakes are available in non-Skunk2 colors, like blue, red, and purple. Although some clone LCAs are sold in Skunk2's signature Gold Anodized and Clear Anodized finishes and are more difficult to spot, often times, machining blemishes will reveal the fakes from the real thing. Shoddy manufacturing and undisclosed, inferior materials that jeopardize your safety and your vehicle's performance are not worth the marginally cheaper price. Beware of the clones!

Daniel - The blemishes, in doing some research, was found to me excessive CNC marks as well as cut-out design flaws. Some items were circle whereas ours were oval - those kind of issues.

AP - Fake products are notorious for being made from cheaper and questionable materials that can crack, or bend. Having said that you do run the risk of possibly damaging your car or causing harm to yourself. Be careful running those arms, if you do decide to run those arms make sure to inspect them regularly.
